DONT USE CVP SWIMMING POOLS AND LEAK DETECTION We paid Rendy a 70% deposit and our pool is STILL leaking. We found these guys on facebook were they are always advertising. From the beginning everything seemed fine, but once a large payment was made, things changed. The problem was never properly fixed, and getting proper follow-up has been extremely difficult.After going through other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated case. Many people are saying the same things incorrect diagnosis, being told the wrong repairs are needed, work not solving the actual issue, and then struggling to get responses afterwards.Rendy is very rude and will drop the call on you whilst you’re still trying to explain. There are multiple complaints about poor communication, calls not being answered, and jobs dragging on far longer than promised while the original problem remains unresolved. Some customers even mention having to bring in another company to fix what should have been done correctly the first time which is exactly what it’s starting to feel like here. There is a clear pattern across different clients over time, and that should be a serious warning to anyone considering using them. We have since contacted our lawyers and Rendy will pay for this . If you are thinking of paying a deposit especially a large one please think twice. Learn from our mistake before you lose your money and still end up with the same problem
