Frustrating service from CVForLife

The first time I used CVForLife I was very impressed. However, my last interaction was far from efficient. I have to prompt Carike frequently and days/weeks may pass without even a response. I'm still waiting for the LinkedIn profile to be updated since we accepted the CV on 24 October. No response. I will unfortunately not recommend CVForLife as a professional service. I would also like to request a partial refund.
