Not cv joint specialist

Took my grand i10 to replace the outer cv boot,cv joint specialist pinetown made it worse, had to take it back as the inner boot was losing grease when it didn't have any problems at all, guys made me wait on them with no definite answer, 2 hours passed and I spoke to the manager , his response was unprofessional and it was clear that he would assist me on his terms, needs adopt an attentive ear when handling comebacks and must moderate his use of words, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
