Poor service

Utterly disgusted and rating an absolute zero. Working in catering for an old age home, and Tanya "forgets" to place and deliver my order for meat, leaving me without mince (and other) which was for supper, 61residents mainly 80y and older. Won't recommend them to anyone. We are in a very small town without facilities and rely on our once weekly delivery.
