Be careful when choosing an ISP in Ballito

I just want to warn anybody who is contemplating using Cutting Edge Technology in Ballito - they misrepresented to me twice. The first issue was that they sold me an LTE solution knowing there was Fibre in the area - why - because they declined to participate with the Fibre company that lay the connection. Then with the LTE solution they sold me a router at R 1,599 and said i would be able to re-use it when i got fibre - but this is also not true, as the fibre people supply their own router. Now they are refusing to buy the router back even though it is less than 2 months old, as they dont buy back "second hand" equipment. I have asked to speak to Grant Selvan, the owner, but guess what, i am still waiting for his call.
