MAGURA PRODUCTS POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

After the poor service I have had from the Magura agents in South Africa I will never buy or recommend Magura products to anyone again. The Magura MTS hydraulic disc brakes which came with my Specialized Epic were a complete failure. From the start they had too much play which turned out to be non-adjustable as the adjuster valves were already fully extended, coupled with the fact that the product is impossible to bleed. After taking the brakes for two weeks, the SA agents [URL Removed] want me to pay a R2500 for repairs after initially stating that the product holds a 5 year warranty when I can buy new 2016 Shimano XT brakes for only a few rands more. poor product, poor after sales service. I hope Specialized Bicycles do not use this component brand again to otherwise tarnish an exceptional and industry leading product.
