Early last month i app**** for a car at cutting edge cars. Car got approved but i didnt not want it and cancelled the application, month end comes and the bank debits my account saying i took a loan with cutting edge. I called 7 times asking to speak to someone and Norma whos manager was so rude and says its not her problem it was not cancelled and hangs up the people who were helping when applying which is Pino and Dineo who work there now camnot do nothing.
