Making it happen

I visited this business, which is situated in Sebenza Edenvale, hoping to purchase a switch for my welding machine. They did not have any in stock, but the young man who assisted me went to the trouble of asking his manager if they could sell me one of their service stock switches. The manager agreed and I was able to get the welding machine up and running again. I am very grateful to this young man and his manager. It is nice to experience customer service where people are prepared to make a plan to get you going again... They could have just turned me away and referred me to another supplier. Well done gentlemen!
