TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO REPONSE

I have ordered online @ Cuthberts but the money was paid and I have not received my order. I have mailed ~ no response. If you phone the number it just rings and then there is a message that say there is a high number of calls and when dead. I mailed for 2 weeks and phoned for 2 weeks but with no response. If the product is not available I would like a refund then, But how to speak to them is difficult . Would not recommend buying from them.
