CUTE PET SA IS ******** PEOPLE FOR MONEY!!!!!
Don't EVER enter your pet or any competition with these people!!!! The certificate states that Coco came first in the competition of all 729 pets, yet they don't let Coco win, instead they let other pets win that didn't even win the votes. What a disgrace...making money out of people and then not being fair with the ACTUAL winners!!! Disgraceful!!!!

We appreciate your feedback and concerns.
Our Cute Pet competition transitioned to a two-stage competition process in August 2022. In the first stage, the top pets with the highest accumulated votes, along with pets selected by the promoters, progressed to the second stage. During this stage, only free votes were counted, and the top three pets with the most votes were declared winners and shared in the prizes on offer. All changes were communicated on the site as well as via SMS.
We acknowledge that there were some technical difficulties during this transition, particularly with the accuracy of the free participation certificates and their placement rankings. We apologize for any confusion caused and have gone back to the original competition format after taking a few months break to iron out any issues.
We value transparency and fairness in our competitions, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our processes.
