Wedding dress disaster

I ordered a WEDDING dress on facebook from Cute as a Button. There was a specific photo of the dress that I wanted. I sent my measurements, and after about 2 weeks received the dress as was promised. When I took the dress out of the packaging I could already see it was made in China and not very well made. I went home and tried it on. Firstly the cups were full of lumps and sitting far to low. There was a pleat on the one side that wasn't on the other. Surely with your wedding you want to feel special, and I knew this dress was not going to make me feel good. I contacted Mrs Maree and asked her for her postal address in order for me to send the dress back for a refund. She said that they will inspect it first. Eventually she let me know that there is nothing wrong with the dress and that she will be sending it back. After a couple of messages to her I have not received a dress nor my money back. Surely if your wedding dress does not fit well you must be able to return it?! It is not as if you can wear it to any other occasion. I was also told by her that if the dress doesn't fit me well, I shouldn't have chosen that specific dress.
