Most pathetic service and product award goes to... CUT TO SIZE Lyttelton

<p>I ordered 2 sets of cupboards to be cut and installed from CUT TO SIZE Lyttleton, Botha Ave, CENTURION. The first order was delayed by 2 days without any communication or apology from the owner/manager, Sita. I had to follow up and listen to the lamest excuses from her and still she delivered the wrong handles for the cupboards. As it was cupboards for the garage, it let this slide. However, the order for cupboards for my study was a totally different story, nothing by terrible! After paying the full amount as requested, I sent the owner/manager called Sita a sms to make sure my order was correct as she did not take my measurements or made notes on what handles, no formal order from her side but pieces of scribbled paper. Last Thursday I arrived at the shop as my wood was delivered and I once again confirmed installation for Monday, 27 June. She confirmed that if there was any problem she would phone by latest Saturday. So, Monday comes and at 9h20 I drove to her store as nobody pitched, only to find her sitting outside the shop, sitting in the sun playing with her cell. Asking what time they were planning to start my job, she then only ordered the staff to start cutting my wood. When confronting herabout not keeping her promise of the week before, there was no apology except that they were busy and blaming a staff member, Tino. I demanded a time from her and she confirmed that her team would start at lunchtime with my job. I arranged to be at home, and waited till15h20, this after phoning her and only getting an abrupt reply that they were loading the wood. Needless to say, they did not finish the work, but Sita promised that they would be there the next day ********** Then she phoned with along excuse, only excuses, no apology, and somestory of being on her way from Brits after having to put down a show dog and that the team would then be at my place within an hour. Only at 14h30 did the team arrived, no ladder, no drill bits. Obviously unprepared and with no worries in the world. Again they were unable to finish, only to arrive today after 13h00 and left an installation that is beyond terrible, drill holes way to big, skew shelves, skew holes, damaged shelves, wrong handles again which I told them not to even bother install. Then they were short on material to finish the work. I informed Sita via sms that I planned to take her poor service and work delivered to both the printed and social media, her responsewasImust do what I deem right! No apology or offer to even come and look at the poor workmanship herself.! I phoned later when I discovered that some shelves could not even be fitted as they were the incorrect lenght. She was only willing to help me by Friday(!) with correct shelves, so an installation that was due to be done and completed on Monday is now taking the whole week and not once did she offer an apology or even offer to come and look why I am complaining about the quality of work, she just couldnot bothered at all. Steer clear from CUT TO SIZE, Botha Ave Lyttelton. BAD NEWS!!!!</p>
