Bad attitude/no service

Thursday i phoned Ruan and asked him if he had natural oak melamine boards in stock, he said he had enough, never mentioning how much.After speaking to Ruan, i left him a scetch with measurements on. Friday when i phoned him around 15h00 he then told me he threw my paper away because he doesn't work of a scetch. But my scetch had measurements on. Then he only had 3 boards availible. I needed 4. When i told him that it is unprofesional not to let the customer know that he wont help me because of a scetch. He told me he will be finished with work in 10 min then i can meet him on the pavement outside his shop, where i must tell it to his face. Cut to size has their constant kitchen installers that buy from them but they also rely on the guy off the steet for sales. Im just a diy guy with a small project but apparently they don't want my buisness. Ruan was unhelpfull. He didn't even try and help. I told Ruan i will never refer a client to cut to size, paul kruger st.
