Zero after sales service Cut Right Cupboards KZN

Cupboards installed by Cut Right are 90% perfect however it is the remaining 10% that is a problem. They will very happily take your money but when it comes to after sales service they rate zero. I have contacted them on numerous occasions since the installation in November 2017 and have had many empty promises and excuses as to why they cannot set a date to rectify all the snags. A few of the cupboard handles have been fitted unevenly and there are 2 shelves missing from the built in book case that I had installed. The same applies to the additional shelves that were to be installed in my cupboard. I arrived home one day to find 2bookcase shelves and 1 cupboard shelf left on my verandah. I am not sure if the shelves are to be held up by magic because no brackets were installed and they do not slot into the space provided. You would think that after spending in excess of R100 000.00 they would be more professional
