Worst Customer Service in the world.

If I could give them less than one star I would.

My parcel shows delivered to SA customs on the 3rd of June 2018 @ 18:51:00 it is the 2nd of October 2018 (almost 4 months later) and the package still hasn't arrived with no answer at the customs offices, rude staff putting the phone down in your ear, *********** staff. This is quite an urgent package and I have just no way of tracking it. It hasn't even been scanned at the customs office so what are these people doing all day? Sitting on their asses as valuable packages just never get shipped or sorted. Telling me that in 4 months time they could not even scan and ship a small package.
