Refuse to release my parcel despite paying taxes

<p>I ordered 16kgs of kids clothes from China and they arrived at the end of March.</p> <p>i was asked to send a packing list on the 8th of April. They are still keeping the parcel despite TNT's attempts to get it released. Last week I was asked to send a proof of payment and I did. I have still not heard anything. I am so upset. I did not under declare and everything is in order. What can I do? It's over R10000 I will lose.</p>
