Passport was not stamped at the immigration checkpoint

<p>On 21th of April 2017 a friend of mine was visiting South Africa for the second time in 6 months. On the 29th of April 2017 he was at the airport by 7 p.m for his flight at 10 p.m. to Dubai then Casablanca. He went to weigh and check in his luggage, we then went and had a meal while waiting for time to pass. He then checked in with security and the noticed he had a set of cutlery so sent him back to re register his luggage without the cutlery. Afterwards the security asked him what he did with the cutlery set so he told them he gave it to me. After that we split paths and he went on to get onto the plane. So he went to the immigration gate that was not crowded at all and passed through without them doing there job to stamp his passport and now he cant apply to return to RSA because the system says he overstayed more than month. And also the immigration office don't answer there phone to sort this issue out. Lots of emails was sent without response as well as calls that wasn't answered this issue is still ongoing from the 2nd of May till today.</p>
