Package still not delivered or cleared

<p>So i bought two wedding rings from the United States two months ago and got it shipped with United States Parcel Service with first class priority shipment . According to the delevery date it should have been delivered 3 weeks ago but customs have still not released it . Its really unexceptable as this was planned for our wedding and still nothing at the post offices . Best of all is that i payed for the best and most expensive shipping but still takes forever just because of lack of intelligent people working for our border control </p>
