Good detained after providing all necessary doCS

Good day<br> <br> My shipment arrived in South Africa on the 29th of August 2015, but Customs SA refuses to release my shipment after providing all the necessary documents.<br> <br> Now today I was told that, after providing all the necessary documents, now Customs SA wants original documents from Fly Emirates. These documents are required in order for Customs SA to clear and release my shipment which arrived from China on Saturday the 29th of August 2015, till today we are still battling with Customs SA to release my shipment after providing all the necessary documents. <br> <br> I think we need transparency on the Customs SA side in terms of what is required and what causes the shipment to be detained after providing all the necessary documents? Because I think people are just being difficult... <br> <br> I think in future we must not deal with people but do all things electronically where transparency will be a number 1 key.<br> <br> Customs SA is killing small businesses!<br> <br> Please help..<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br>
