CBCU Cant process Parcels in 3 months

I Have 2 Parcels sent from the USA via DHL which have, according to DHL, been with CBCU for more than 3 months.<br> Documentation relating to these 2 honest and transparent transactions has been sent to DHL in excess of 10 times and yet CBCU still cant make a decision! Pathetic, how can anyone believe this, not to mention justify it?
