Where are my parcels?

In 2015 I was sent a parc with a soccer kit bought in Barcekona with my name printed on it. When I collected the parcel it had been torn open and the hole taped up. Inside were the socks of the kit, but without the Jersey and shorts. I reported this to the Post Office the correct way and supp**** photographs of the damaged parcel and ****** goods. Nothing ever happened.

On 27 August 2020 I was sent another parcel from South Korea, this time containing nothing valuable. It arrived in South Africa on 28 October but has STILL not arrived at the post office. I have called the Post Office on ***as well as Customs on ***, nobody answers either after 15 minutes of waiting.

I also ordered some clothing from the Netherlands on 11 Jan and STILL have not recieved the parcel.
