Wedding dress stuck in customs, cannot get response

<p>My Wedding dress arrived in SA on the 13th and is held by customs for inspection since the 14th for inspection. Inspection should not take longer than 48 hours as per SARS website updated 3 October 2016. I've triend to contact the number given by SARS ********** & ********** . There is no answer or someone will pick up and cancel the call.
