Useless customs department OR Tambo

I bought 2 items from overseas last year. The package arrived in south africa on the 23rd September. I have phoned numerous numbers to locate my parcel. It still has the overseas tracking number on the system and has till this day not made it to the post office. It is now 5 months later and still no parcel which arrived from Singapore. I am highly disgusted with the overall service. No one answers any of the phones just a message when you hold on. The goods that I ordered are for home use yet money spent on buying and still no goods. I find this highly irritating and disappointed in the customs and post office service. I need this resolved as I am still waiting. This is totally ridiculous that I still have not received my parcel. I could have just thrown the money in the sea for that matter. I need answers as to why the service is so poor. People *****ing our goods when it arrives in south africa or they just are not doing their jobs in getting the packages sorted. I also know there are friends of mine who are also waiting for their packages to no avail. THIS SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
