SA Customs Service Sucks!!!

I have had a parcel stuck at customs for over a week now and no one answers any calls or emails. How am I supposed to know if something is wrong or if they require documents. <br> <br> I went to OR Tambo airport to go to customs and the person at the info desk couldn't tell me where customs was in the airport and when I eventually found it they had a complete ***** behind the counter who couldn't understand that my parcel did not come via a private courier like UPS but with the Netherlands Registered Post. And only when he decided to get off Whatsapp did he finally talk to me. He couldn't help me and he couldn't tell me where to go or who to ask for help. I would have reported him if I could get through to anyone!<br> <br> I bought something online last year August and I received the notice to collect it at my local post office, only to get there and them tell me that they have no such parcel. I still haven't received my parcel and no one can find it. <br> <br> It's a complete disgrace! South Africa's service is an utter embarrassment! Its a no brainer as to why we are heading backwards while all other countries are advancing!
