Parcel stuck (or missing) at customs

I ordered an item from the US in May 2018. It is now 7 months later and it still has not arrived at my local Post Office.

According to the seller in the US, DHL has delivered my order OR_7E56S50 to customs in SA. It seems to be stuck there or has gone missing.

A response from Customs would be fantastic.
