Parcel Held By Customs at JIMC A

<p>Hello I have ordered a parcel from Hongkong, China. The Parcel has had arrived at exchange office on 14/04/2017 and had been held by cutoms on the 19/04/2017. Since then I have not recieved any email, phone call or any notification explaining why it is being held by customs and what I should do. And I need the parcel Urgently. this is very poor service!
