Packages held at customs JIMC A

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>i had ordered Items from China on the 24th March 2017 and i tracked my packages and all of them arrived at Customs on the 12th April 2017 but thats were it stopped! I called Customs on the 17th April 2017 and was told by the Lady at customs that my packages are not scanned yet, so i asked her if it wa maybe because they needed some documents from me and what can i do to speed up the process and she said they dont need anything its just a backlog. she then said it will be released on Friday 21 April 2017. I called on friday but no one answered. I have been calling ever since and the call just cuts off after 30 minutes of camping on the line. I called this morning 2 May 2017 and the same lady answered and took my call then she pretended to not hear me then cut the call. i then called back for another 30 minutes and no answer. I am very frustrated at the service i received. I paid extra to have my packages delivered early and the supplier kept up to their promise but not its stuck at Customs. I just want my packages, Please, PLEASE can someone assist me?</p>
