OR Tambo Custom Services

<p>I have ordered a motor vehicle part, which i must say is very urgent, on the 21th of November 2016 from USA my parcel arrived in OR Tambo on the 8th of December 2016 it is now with customs sins the 8th of December 2016 until now and nothing is been done to clear my parcel, when you phone them, that is when you eventialy get thru to them, all they can tell you is that they have a back log, today is the 4th of January 2017, it is very poor services from customs, and the sad part of all of this is that nothing can be done about it. When i spoke to the local Post Office the person told me that some of the customers is waiting 2 month for there parcels, apparently you could fedth your parcel at the customs counter some time ago but is also closed.</p>
