No service, no response, no answering of telephone

I received a foreign parcel notification from the post office in January - in response, I faxed through the required information to the number provided on 05/01/15. I followed up by phone on 15/01/15 and was told I need to email my documentation through to Thozama Matiwane, which I did (on the same day). I received no response from Thozama and followed up by email on 30/01 and again on 10/02. I phoned numerous times between 10/02 and 03/03, but only managed to speak to someone on 03/03 (Ruwayda Steenveld), who told me Thozama did not action my paperwork as she \was too pregnant to walk up the stairs". I then requested Ruwayda to take over my case"
