Customs and Excise/SAPO ARE SO TERRIBLY USELESS!!!!

I would really give a negative rating if possible, the way they treat client's, the inefficiency, the lack of service delivery and duty is ASTOUNDING, why is Customs SA so pathetic, you order something and have it imported, you track it to CustomSA but they are never able to give updates nor are they able to give a timeline on clearance, most of the time an international parcel purchased will arrive into the county within a week of purchase, but customs clearance takes months but when you contact them they don't know anything and they're unable to track your orders on their system if they even have those capabilities is unknown because they are SOOO INEFFICIENT, PATHETIC AND *******, ALL THEY DO IS ***** OUR PURCHASES, THEN THESE MONSTERS HAVE THE NERVE TO EXPECT RAISES FOR DOING NOTHING BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY AREN'T DOING THEIR ****EN JOBS, CUSTOMS HERE HAS A BAD RAP INTERNATIONALLY BUT WHATS NEW, If it were up to me they would all be fired, not get raises.
