Awaiting Dental Supplies

Hi I order items on a regular basis online and I have had problems with customs on previous occasions with delays on releasing the goods. In this situation I have ordered dental supplies and awaiting for these items as this is causing a huge delay in the health private sector... I have tried calling customs on numerous occasions but can never get hold of them, Customs is such a mess!!! My tracking numbers on the items are as follows...
