Message: Sniper Torch Products. I have had endless trouble trying to get hold of the above named company. On 20 Jan 2021 I've send my Sniper torch 8007, to them via Postnet. Now Mrs Mirjam Proseé refuse to answer my calls and WhatsApp messenges. I need help retrieving my torch or have them fix it as was promised. Their cellphone number is *** *** This torch cost a pretty penny and I love it, but this is just plain horrific customer service.
