Customised Group is a company that advertises on Face Book Market Place. I required a customised toy box for my three year old. Their photos were stunning and price reasonable. The owner Tarryn Govender will send you a very professional looking invoice which requires a 70% deposit and then claims the item will be manufactured in 14 to 20 working days.

Paid my deposit on the 27th of June 2021 and after the time period to produce the goods lapsed, no toy box was forthcomming. I never heard from her and had to keep contacting her. Two weeks ago she said it would be ready Monday 26 July latest, still nothing.

I contacted her again Friday 30 July requesting a refund as she never sent the picture of the “finished product”. She eventually rep**** stating her “invoice” stated no refunds. Looking back it was not even an invoice but merely an estimate. She has since blocked me on Facebook and on her WhatsApp business number and I have no other means of contacting her.

Please ensure nobody uses this company. I have taken this to the CPA and awaiting feedback and I will also be laying a charge of both theft and ***** as I believe the photos on her site were taken from another social media platform.
