Customer voices helped me deal with Intec regarding my private invigilation examination sitting. Intec was not sending me question papers as per agreement and there was almost always no one I can talk to. I contacted Customer Voices and they spoke to Intec on my behalf and then after my privately invigilated examination seating got better.
