Was there in short time

Was there in short time. Driver handled call out very well (professional). He checked the car (try to start it). When he couldn't, he got a "gadget" to attach to battery. The problem were solved and we could drive home. The screen on dashboard didn't gave the indication that only the battery was faulty. It looked as if it could have be a big problem, that's why I called road assist. In fact, the screen said something like "road assist".
