Third party claim / Breach of contract
After being past from pillar to post regarding my third party claim, they are now 4 days over on the THEIR<br> contract. Their contract stipulated 21 Working Days on the payout. They now no longer reply to emails and have been putting us off stating that the claim has not been signed off. The accident in which their client T-Boned me happened in October 2014 and still now in April 2015, repairs have not been affected, some 6 months later.
