The CLC agent that dealt with my case immediately after the accident was very professional, responsive & helpful in liaising with me and the emergency services at the scene. She was cool, calm and collected and gave clear guidance in what needed to be done during a time of chaos. I appreciate her support, thank you CLC and thank you Charmaine.
