Terrible

There has been this lady from your company bothering me about an accident which I was involved in in September 2019. I accepted that it was my fault and the owner of the other vehicle agreed to claim from his own insurance and I would then pay him the excess needed for his claim, which I did the minute he got the quote to repair his vehicle. His vehicle and mine have long been repaired and the matter resolved. Now my question is, why would this lady want my insurance details over the phone after I've told her I'm not willing to supply my personal info over the phone and gave her my insurance broker's direct number to phone. She still haggle me every day 3 to 4 phone calls a day with the exact same demands and with a terribly arrogant attitude. This is becoming redicilous as this is now 7 months on...
