Please pay the small business what is due to them

I have done work for them, and I have an email where they said they will pay my rates, now they tell me they will only pay a portion as I signed an agreement with them. So, I asked for a copy of the agreement. I cannot get the agreement from them as I know it do not exist. Roelien and Naome Please send me the signed agreement
