Paying out ********** claims

I was involved in an accident with one of their client last year, their client was intoxicated and lie to them about the date of the accident. They went ahead and paid the claim out to their client without understanding what really happened, their client was speeding on that day and intoxicated. I plan on reporting this and taking legal action, until today their client has not paid for my vehicle damage

Thank you for your feedback.

Please be advised that we were appointed by our client’s insurer to attend to the recovery of the damages resulting from the accident.

Unfortunately, CLC does not attend to the Own Damage part of the claim and has no mandate to authorise any claim pay-outs in this regard. Please be advised that the insurer and/or mandated broker are responsible for the insured client’s own damage claim and all decisions in this regard rest with them.

We do however take note of your comments and note that you are currently defending the legal action instituted against you.
