Outstanding service from Nicale Parmanand at CLC
I have to give credit to Nicale Parmanand at CLC. When my geyser needed replacing, Kwikot could only replace it the next day, which would have meant three days without hot water. Nicale went well beyond what his job required. He took ownership of the problem and found a solution so the geyser was replaced sooner.
His communication throughout was excellent. He kept me updated, followed up without me having to chase him, and pushed the right people on my behalf to get it done.
People who go the extra mile like that are rare. Thank you, Nicale. CLC is lucky to have you, and I'd recommend dealing with him to anyone.
