Great Customer Service
On Monday 04 May 2020, I contacted Customer Loyalty Consultants, requiring a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. KK was the call Centre agent I spoke to and he took his time in explaining my policy to me in terms of towing my vehicle.
He was patient with me, when I was not sure of my mechanics location and allowed me to contact my mechanic to get the correct location. He called me consistently to give me updates, ask if the towing process was going well, and to tell me my vehicle has arrived at my mechanic.
KK has great customer and promotes a great customer image, it's been a pleasure working with you.
