CLC Siphesihle Selobane
Siphesihle Selobane from CLC is an example of how to deliver excellent customer service. Following a burst geyster, Siphesihle followed up constantly until I received the assistance I needed. The plumbing company Dewedrop Plumbing took 6 hours to assist and the receptionist was completely insensitive to the situation and just plain rude when their arrival was followed up during the 6 hour wait - Siphesihle on the other hand was patient, going beyond the call of duty to assist.
