After 7 months of an opened claim, Renatta became a savior
I logged a claim with OOBA insurance for building after being with them for more than 10 years. During a hail storm in Dec, something on the roof blocked and water espaced into the house. The claim was logged on 15 Dec and was never facilitated. After a lot of back and forth, In March I subsequently canceled my policy. Until last week Friday 4th July when Renatta Singh contacted me and facilitated the claim upto a point where is insured that the claim be honored.
Her customer service and claim handling capabilities are impeccable. What a knowledge resource that CLC has. Thank you, Renatta
