Santam Worcester Western Cape
I am a 66 Year old woman typing this from my sons email. I have been with Santam from 2008 since I've turned 60 they treated me like ****. I have tried to claim my two TVs that have broke not due to electrical surge they just blunt denied my claim. Spoke to my broker he just plain said sorry you must go buy a new tv. A 66 year old pensioner that supported Santam from 2008 they dont even want to replace my rusted fridge that doesn't make cold, the broker didn't even wanted to try. Bad service my son also asked my brokers PA to give him a quote for his 2007 Audi a4 she got him a quote for R1300 and he said its to steep but she didn't even try to bring down the premium. Is the broker and his pa a problem or is Santam the problem. Very very Poor
