Sold me a broken printer.Battling to get refund

I purchased an Epson printer from Mr Lu**** in January 2014 for R2500. When I received it, it was not in working order. He was nice on the phone. Tried to help me to sort our the problem.<br> <br> By May nothing had worked and I returned the printer to him. Three months later he confirmed that the printer was broken and he would refund me. He just needed to sort out his cash flow.<br> <br> First payment was made July 2015.. He made a commitment to pay me back monthly. I have sent him and invoice as a reminder every month..
