Unacceptable

My friend bought me a Tommy Hilfiger bag in October and I only got it today after almost 4 months . Parcel no ri***za he paid less then ?70 for the bag , but they have charged me R911 to collect it. I sent the bag back for reassessment it came back the same , I called more 30 times to finally get through to a rude woman called Sanna with a rough voice who kept coughing on the phone , she spoke over me ,ask the sender for a receipt not me,I spoke to a manager called Andrews who is so *********** who didn't even tell me he was passing the fone to Sanna , <br> You are charging random prices that you get from the top of your heads , it's like I was buying the bag again bt only this it was more expensive , you should bear in mind that things are way cheaper in the UK than here , <br> Your staff is *********** , they rude to customers and knows jack **** . I am extremely unhappy with the way you misuse us as your customers , it's really not right . I was charged due fees of 540 for a 70 quid bag plus vat of 352 , <br> Can someone explain how that is worked out please , that is excruciating , you guys are ******* , u ***** of SA citizens as if we not going through enough as it is
