Parcel stuck at customs

Its been a terrible, long and agonizing wait from customs as I have ordered stuff from overseas

I have called the post office on numerous times and they have provided me with different call centre numbers for customs, the numbers are as follows... ********** 059/ ********** 039/ ********** 066/ ********** 022/ ********** 006. I have been trying to call these numbers over the last week and cannot get through to any of them. I really need my item as soon as possible, my tracking number is RI ********** 47ZA

I am desperately trying to get hold of customs but cannot get through to them

Please help!!!!!!
