Parcel sitting at customs for months

This is customs for you on 12 Dec 2020 had a small parcel send to me. So on the end of Jan went to the Post office to check if parcel is actually in SA. "Sorry it wasn't scanned at the airport" On the 25 Jan decided to go to the airport direct to check with customs. There was a friendly person checking for me but "Can't find your parcel" and was send to the other side of the airport by the Casino to go to the Post office there. There the security person checked with my tracing number and I got this "Your parcel is still at the customs waiting to be send over to the Post office maybe come in a week to check if it was send over here?" The question remains how long before I will actually get this parcel in my hand. Having to drive up and down as there is nothing to declare for customs in it.
