Parcel held by custome without any notice

Good day, <br> According to my tracking number, my parcel arrived at customs on the 17/11/2015, I have not received any notice from them. I did how ever phoned Cape town and Johannesburg customs and they say it is not in their system.<br> What do I do now, do not think it is fear that the supplier must refund me, because he did his job, The problem is with our customs here in South Africa, Their is already a lot of suppliers who do not want to send goods to South Africa because of this. <br> Please help, I would really like to receive my parcel.<br> kind regards<br> Marlene
